Refund Policy

At PRIMESHINE LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
1. Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds for Services Rendered
Due to the nature of our work, we generally do not offer refunds once services have been fully rendered. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service provided, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
3. Service Adjustments
If a valid issue is reported within the 24-hour window, we will work with you to resolve the matter. This may involve sending a team to correct the issue at no additional cost rather than issuing a refund.
4. Prepaid Contracts
For clients on prepaid maintenance contracts, early termination refunds will be prorated based on the services already delivered, minus any early termination fees outlined in your specific agreement.
